After the runaway success of her lockdown Embroidery Club, Poppy has created Christmas Embroidery Club! It’s a unique chance to work directly with Poppy to create beautiful freehand-embroidered projects for Christmas.
The club will run for (approximately) six weeks with the fun kicking off as soon as subscription closes. You’ll get an email to your inbox every Saturday for 6 weeks with how-to videos, instruction sheets and templates.
You’ll be invited to join the Christmas Embroidery Club closed group on Facebook where you can share projects and ask our other lovely group members for advice. On Wednesdays Poppy will be live in the group so she can answer your questions and on Fridays we’ll share our makes!

To become a member you can either purchase basic membership or select ‘with materials’ to be sent a lovely package of (almost) all the materials you need to complete the Embroidery Club projects.
As doing the projects together is part of the joy, subscription will be open until midnight on the 14th October after which you will no longer be able to join the club.

What you’ll still need if you purchase the ‘with materials’ option:
- A sewing machine capable of dropping the feed dogs.
- A darning foot. You can try
- Threads – preferably Gutermann Sew all polyester.
- Sewing scissors.
- A printer to print out appliqué templates.
- A space to spread out and make mess!
If you purchase the basic option you’ll also need:
- An 9 inch embroidery hoop and a 4 inch embroidery hoop (slightly bigger or smaller is fine)
- Fabric etc. as specified on the materials list.
- A ruler or tape measure and tailors chalk to mark out your base pieces.
- The ability to finally cut those fabrics you’ve been hoarding for years!
What’s in the materials pack?:
- An 9 inch and a 4 inch bamboo embroidery hoop
- Practice fabric squares
- The base fabrics and linings for each project
- Sufficient lighter weight fabric to cut your appliqué pieces
- Any other elements of projects such as zips, webbing and ribbon.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
